Creating the life you want starts with breaking the cycles that hold you back.

What is Cycle Breaker Coaching?

A three-month 1:1 coaching container to break the cycle that keeps you from living your best life. I want to support your transformation and it starts with your mindset.

I will help you:

  • Develop a growth mindset

  • Set clear and measurable goals

  • Take consistent action and track your progress

I work under a peer support model of care to provide accountability, guidance, and resources. I meet clients exactly where they are and help them gain clarity to get where they want to be.

Each client receives an individualized action plan tailored to their needs, preferences, and learning style.

I collaborate with my clients as a thought and accountability partner to strategize, implement, and track their goals.

Are you ready to partner with me to break the cycle that is keeping you stuck?

Which cycles do you help people break?

Everyone is either breaking a cycle or repeating one. I will help you unpack what cycle you’d like to break free from.

That cycle might be a pattern of generational trauma that has plagued your family for years or individual habits that you want to break.

All topics and cycles are welcome, such as relationships, career transitions, and self-image.

Some examples of cycles my clients are breaking include:

  • Corporate professional has achieved the longest stretch of sobriety she’s ever had in the last 25 years.

  • Medical professional has set boundaries with her sibling and broken a cycle of codependency.

  • Military professional is incorporating journaling, meditation, and exercise into her daily routine to regulate her nervous system.

  • Helping professional learned to honor her inner child, silence self-limiting beliefs, and courageously share her traumatic experiences publicly.

Here’s what my clients are saying:

Who is the Cycle Breaker Coach?

My name is Priscilla María and I am a Certified Trauma-Informed Life Coach.

Many of us grew up in cultures and families that harbored secrets, transferred trauma, and prioritized family reputation over individual well-being.

Consequently, we learned to people-please, take up little space, and neglect our feelings to survive. I speak from experience as a first-generation Latina.

I’m confident I can support you because I have been in your shoes.

I have walked miles in soles worn down by unresolved toxic relationships, unhealthy coping skills, and self-doubt. My heels have sunk into the ground under the weight of anxiety, depression, and societal pressure.

By my late 20s, I had:

  • Checked into rehabs including a wilderness program and eating disorder treatment center

  • Worked with several therapists under different models of care like CBT, DBT, and PET

  • Participated in recovery group meetings

Nonetheless, I remained stuck in an unsatisfying life. I had yet to break the cycles that kept me trapped.

Today, I leverage my lived experiences as a trauma-informed life coach to provide the compassion, empathy, insight, and support a younger version of myself needed.

Outside of my practice, the Cycle Breakers Club, I coach for Reframe, and DC Futures. Several platforms trust my voice and approach to facilitate their support groups, such as Sober Black Girls Club, OutCare Health, Reframe, and We All Grow Latina.

I received my Bachelor of Art from Johns Hopkins Univeristy and my Juris Doctor from UC Irvine School of Law.

Life coaching focuses on moving clients forward and supporting the goals they set.

  • I guarantee that I will:

    • complete the assignments I suggest to you.
    • take action to achieve your goals.
    • think of yourself, relationships, and situations through a new lens.
