Cycle Breaker Coaching™ is a premier coaching experience that delivers high-touch support, strategic guidance, and accountability from someone who has walked a similar path. Coach Priscilla María, J.D. helps clients achieve meaningful goals by strengthening how they think (beliefs), how they move (actions), and how they sustain their growth (support), so they finally follow through on what matters to them the most.
Each client receives a custom action plan tailored to their needs, preferences, and learning style. She helps clients bridge the gap between where they are and where they’re meant to be through powerful conversations and structure.

Who is the Cycle Breaker Coach™?
Priscilla María, J.D. is a Certified Trauma-Informed Life Coach specializing in goal achievement.
As a first-generation Latina, she was taught to work hard, stay humble, and make her family proud. But somewhere between striving and surviving, she lost sight of her definition of success.
By her late 20s, she had done “everything right” from earning degrees at Johns Hopkins University (B.A.) and UC Irvine School of Law (J.D.) to working at a law firm. Yet, she still felt stuck. Her goals looked impressive on paper, but they weren’t aligned with who she truly was.
That’s when she made the choice to redefine success on her terms. Since then, she has written Break the Cycle Before It Breaks You, launched her own coaching business, Cycle Breakers Club, and has been invited by various mental health organizations to speak, including Johns Hopkins University, the National Center for Victims of Crime, and the National Alliance on Mental Illness.
Beyond her private practice, she has coached and facilitated safe spaces for hundreds of people on various platforms, including Reframe, Office of the State Superintendent of Education, Sober Black Girls Club, OutCare Health, Lifeing Services and We All Grow Latina.
Today, she draws from her lived experience and years of personal growth to provide the compassion, insight, and accountability that a younger version of herself needed. Her purpose is to be the support she once searched for and the voice that reminds others they’re capable of more than just surviving. Every goal, conversation, and breakthrough in her coaching and speaking is rooted in that mission.

All sessions take place on Zoom unless the client prefers another video platform such as Google Meets or FaceTime.

Trauma-informed life coaching is not a substitute for mental health evaluations, diagnoses or medical treatments.
I welcome a team approach and am happy to work alongside therapists, psychiatrists, and other professionals to support my clients’ needs.
