Additionally, I am the creator and host of the weekly series and soon-to-be podcast Cycle Breakers Club. Guests include advocates, authors, business owners, consultants, life coaches, and other Black and Brown leaders that exemplify breaking cycles of generational trauma.
Past guests have shared generously about such topics as living with HIV, turning their lives around after incarceration, surviving childhood trauma, and recovering from addiction. Diverse perspectives are at the core of Cycle Breakers Club and some guests identify as LGBTQ+, neurodivergent, BIPOC, a first-generation graduate or as a member from another underrepresented community.
